An advertising campaign for maamgic’s 2022 Sports Wear collection

Collaborating again alongside James Has Friends LLC, DFYND created another series of Maamgic video ads for Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Instagram for their 2022 sports wear collection.

Maamgic’s light sports line consist of three different types of active wear shorts. A running short, all-around workout short, and a gym specific short. Three short specific ads were to be created highlighting the uses of each short, as well as one long form branding video to live on Maamgic’s website.

Both DFYND and James Has Friends LLC pitched Maamgic multiple concepts before all together deciding that the campaign would highlight working out in the city. The idea of being able to walk outside and workout anywhere, especially running, hits home to those consumers living in large cities. With a campaign hoping to convey this urban lifestyle, the project was shot in Los Angeles, CA.
